These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user", or "the customer") and REALM, a SAS, registered under number Paris n°929 884 781, with its principal office located at 149 av. du Maine, Paris 75014 ("we", "us", or "the Company"), regarding your access to and use of the CV generation services provided through our platform (the "Service").
By accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service consists of generating a personalized Curriculum Vitae (CV) based on the personal, educational, and professional data you submit through our platform. The generation process may be automated or partially assisted by human operators. The output is intended to support users in presenting their professional profile in a structured and optimized format.
This is a digital product and shall be delivered electronically.
You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Service does not constitute a job placement service, career coaching service, or employment guarantee of any kind. We make no representation, warranty, or commitment regarding the attainment of employment, interviews, recruiter attention, or favorable professional outcomes. Any use of the CV is at your own discretion and risk.
The Service is deemed fully delivered and fulfilled at the moment the CV has been generated and made accessible to the user through download, on-screen preview, or email delivery.
Upon such delivery, the Service is considered rendered in full, and all associated contractual obligations shall be considered fulfilled by the Company.
No partial refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.
Once the CV has been generated, whether or not the user has downloaded or used it, the Service shall be considered consumed, and no refund shall be granted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days to the original method of payment.
All templates, formats, and platform features made available as part of the Service are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the generated CV for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You shall not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Service or generated output for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information for the purposes of CV generation. You retain full responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of the data submitted.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel access if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.
Personal data provided for the purpose of CV generation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Pre-litigation Contact: Before initiating any legal proceedings, the customer agrees to contact the Company in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute, complaint, or claim amicably. Legal action may only be pursued if no resolution is reached within a reasonable period of no less than thirty (30) days following written notice sent to the Company’s official support address.
Mediation: In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to resolving the dispute amicably. If no internal agreement is reached, the customer is invited to submit the dispute to a mediation body recognized in their jurisdiction.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform which is accessible at:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, la loi du 21 Juin 2014 pour la confiance dans l’Économie Numérique, la Loi Informatique et Liberté du 06 Août 2004 ainsi que du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD : n° 2016-679). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
